This renowned producer, Juan Manuel Sanchez Benavidez, has really impressed us with the consistency and qaulity of their coffee. With their coffees being fully shade grown and in harmony with the natural eco system and regional flora & fauna, they are paving the way to truly sustainable coffee farming. Their efforts in sustainable farming have lead them to being the very first farm in the world to become recognised as Carbon Neutral in their production. This coffee holds a degree of complexity that surprises and delights.
